Build a complete supply chain management system using MYSQL and Power Bi

Overview
In
today’s fast paced supply chain environment, businesses need real time insights
to manage inventory, optimize orders and reduce costs. This is a hands-on
project designed to help participants build a complete supply chain management
system using MYSQL and Power Bi.
Through
the project, participants will learn to:
● Track stock levels and detect
reorder needs
● Analyze supplier performance and
lead times
● Predict and estimate optimal restock
dates
● Visualize and maintain a live
dashboard
By
the end of the class, participants will have built a fully functional, data
driven supply chain tool, giving them a competitive edge in inventory
management, supply chain optimization and decision making.
Objective
To
equip participants with practical skills in designing and implementing a data
driven supply chain management system by leveraging MYSQL and Power Bi.
